Privacy notice

What we collect

When you complete the screener, we collect your name, email, optional phone number, and your answers about treatment type, quote range, insurance status, timeframe, and openness to an India trip. If you request a call, we also collect your preferred times, your timezone, and any notes you add. If you join the waitlist instead, we collect just your email.

In every case, we also record the exact time you submitted and which version of this privacy notice was in effect when you did, so we have an accurate record of what you agreed to.

We do not collect scans, X-rays, medical records, passport information, detailed diagnoses, or payment information through this site, and we don't ask for them.

Why we collect it

To figure out whether our research applies to your situation, and — if it does — to follow up with you about a conversation. We also use aggregated, anonymized answers to understand whether this idea is worth pursuing further.

How your submission is handled and stored

This site runs on Vercel, which processes your submission on its servers to deliver it to us — the same way any web host processes traffic to a site running on it. Vercel does not see your data beyond that processing step.

Your answers themselves are stored in a private Google Sheet that only we can access, through a secure, server-side connection — never directly from your browser. We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it with third parties except as needed to run this site (Vercel, as described above, and Google, as the storage provider).

How long we keep it

We aim to keep screener and waitlist submissions for up to 180 days from the date you submitted, and to remove them after that unless you've asked us to keep working with you (for example, an ongoing conversation about a founder-interview call). As of this research phase, that removal is a process we run ourselves rather than an automatic schedule — this notice will be updated if that changes.

Your right to deletion

If you completed the screener, you can request that we delete your record at any time using the form below. We verify the request using the request ID shown on your result page and the email you submitted it with, then remove your row from our records.

If you only joined the waitlist, reach out through the contact page with the email you used, and we'll remove it manually.

Either way, this doesn't delete any copy we may have made separately — for example, notes from a call you had with the founder.
